Are you shipping orders?
We have resumed operations, but due to our office being in a containment zone (Worli, Mumbai, MH), orders are currently facing some delays in processing and fulfillment.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Is your website secure? Are my credit/debit card details safe?
Bitloop greatly values our customer's private information and handles all customers data with industry leading security measures in place. Our website is 100% Level 1 PCI DSS complaint. Bitloop does not ever see, access or store your credit card or payment information, all transitions are processed by our Level 1 PCI DSS complaint payment provider - Razorpay.
Is COD available?
Due to high levels of fraudulent activities related to COD orders, we have disabled these orders. If you have a request please reach out to our customer support team.
